Things that work for us: Manage a team of staff on a day to day with KPIs
Managing minor HR issues and knowing when to escalate
Looking for a hands-on Team Leader to have ability to step in a cover shift as a last resort when needed.
Conduct Monthly cleaning audits.
Chair department meetings when required.
Understanding of working to budgets and workhours
Have ability to manage staff movements to bed numbers.
Encourage and work with staff to promote a happy working environment.
Assist staff with education and training and ensure meets targets
Needs to be well organized.
