Environmental Principal

Alchemy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Queensland open-cut coal mining company to recruit an experienced Principal Environmental Advisor.
Based in the Bowen Basin, this role offers a FIFO roster from Brisbane (4 days on, 3 days off).

Your primary responsibilities include developing environmental management systems to ensure mining operations comply with the site's Environmental Authority and other relevant licenses.
About the role
Manage environmental approvals and systems, collaborate with consultants to secure environmental permits, and provide expert advice on meeting environmental requirements, with options for Bowen Basin DIDO or FIFO from Brisbane.
