About the roleWe are looking for customer focused individuals with an up beat and "can do" attitude to join our phone based customer service team on a casual basis.
This is a perfect role for a student or someone that needs non standard working hours.
The shifts will include availability 4pm-9pm and weekends as well.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Social media DM responsesAccurate input of dataMaintenance and upkeep of CRM processesCompletion of set daily task listsAchievement of set KPIsWhat you'll be responsible forAddress and resolve queries, questions, and problems via online platforms to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
Skills you'll needActively seeks and develops strategies to help key stakeholders
Speaks clearly to convey information effectively to a target audience
