Global Asset Manager Job Description Global Asset Manager requires a well-rounded Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team focused on building out a new retail lending offering.
Having doubled in size in the last 3-4 years, this business has successfully grown the technology team while most others have stagnated or restructured, and have big plans for the next few years.
About the Role Leading a team of 5 (data, infra, 2 BA, and a PM), you will be responsible for working across various technology projects and BAU to continuously improve technology capability.
While utilizing your existing lending domain knowledge, you will also manage external suppliers and vendors as well as stakeholders across the business up to C-level.
About You The successful candidate will require the following:
2+ years lending/mortgage experience (sorry but this is 100% essential) Confident in project managing end-to-end technology initiatives Skilled in managing stakeholders sometimes with differing priorities Ideally, experience working with data and integration platforms Exposure in implementing cloud solutions (e.g., Salesforce) and processing systems The role offers wide exposure and potential progression opportunities into Head of Technology type roles.
