The firm has a number of junior to intermediate level Lawyers so we are seeking someone comfortable leading by example, and being a touchpoint for the Lawyers' development. Our client services a range of industries from construction and engineering to different areas of professional services. The firm offers solutions for all Industrial Relations, Employment Law and Work Health and Safety matters. The firm also engages Consultants who specialise in niche areas of Employment Law.  The work mix includes: Advisory to litigation; Day to day employment advice; Enterprise bargaining; and Assisting clients with industrial action through to assisting with proceedings in courts and tribunals.  We have decided to partner with this stand-out specialist firm because of the inclusive leader and well-run structure of the firm.
