Being an Employment Advisor is first and foremost about connection.Your efforts are going towards advocating for people with disability and connecting them with local business.A day in the life of an Employment Advisor As an Employment Advisor, each day on the job is different.
One day, you might be hitting the road, chasing meaningful leads and relationships, and closing deals with businesses of all sizes.
The next day, you could be representing EPIC as a brand ambassador at an expo, leading disability awareness training sessions, and ensuring businesses have the tools and resources they need to support their aspiring workers.
The balance of your work might change as you find your stride, but to start off, it will look a little something like this:
