This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Reward function. In this key role, you will provide specialised rewards expertise.
Your key accountabilities include: Supporting the design, development, and implementation of reward programs, including providing options, guidance and advice to the business.Supporting key stakeholder relationships within the ANZ business and collaborating with senior business leaders, including the delivery of our annual performance and remuneration review.Looking for opportunities to design and deliver innovative solutions that are aligned with business strategy and improve the employee experience.Contributing to regulatory compliance activities including the implementation of requirements. Taking a human centred approach, engaging with a broad range of employee groups and ensuring that their needs are represented in the design of solutions, while meeting ANZ policy and regulatory requirements.Being a passionate ambassador for our way of working and culture. Supporting the integration of different reward programs across ANZ Group. Some activities you may work on include:
Contributing to Remuneration Harmonisation Options Modelling to support EBA negotiations and remuneration harmonisation efforts for the fiscal year 2026.Supporting the design and implementation of performance and reward programs into SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth integration and functionality. Role Location: Australia, NZ, India
Role Type: 12-month Fixed Term contract, Full time
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Remuneration experience & demonstrated experience in supporting the design and implementation of remuneration and reward frameworks and core remuneration activities (e.g. remuneration consulting, market analysis).Proven administration management and planning skills to support project initiatives, both within the remuneration function and at times more broadly across Talent & Culture.Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to leverage available data to tell a story & develop insights into employee and business needs and behaviour, ensuring they are represented in the design of solutions.An ability to understand the regulations and laws impacting remuneration, with financial industry and multi geography remuneration experience would be desirableA growth mindset and a willingness to proactively seek out opportunities to broaden & deepen your experience and expertise.
