Employee Experience Officer As the Employee Experience Officer at TasWater you'll be part of the team making sure our employees have a positive experience across a range of activities such as onboarding, recognition, performance reviews and offboarding.
You will get to know our diverse workplace and all the wonderful people who make up our teams, help make new employees feel welcomed and connected, learn how to assist our payroll team in processing our fortnightly pays and manage a wide variety of administrative tasks in an efficient manner – all while giving our employees the best possible experience.

Pay and Flexibility Details This position attracts an hourly rate of $34.10 an hour, upon commencement and until successful completion of probation.
After which, the hourly rate increases to $35.99.
This position is available until October 2025 and can offer full time hours or flexibility to work part time in a variety of patterns to suit your lifestyle.
