Benefits Hub that includes lifestyle discounts from hundreds of leading stores and services About the role:As the eCommerce Specialist, you will take a hands-on role in maintaining and updating our Dream Home Art Union website.
You will enable each prize home lottery throughout its lifecycle, uploading content, implementing promotional activities, and collaborating with key stakeholders throughout.

Additionally, you'll monitor analytics and SEO performance, support website enhancements, and contribute to our test and learn pipeline to drive growth and conversion.

Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the Dream Home Art Union website on a daily basis, enabling each draw throughout its lifecycle.
This includes uploading content, implementing promotional activities, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal website performance.
Optimise the execution of campaigns and various eCommerce tactics using best practices and data-driven insights to drive conversion.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain digital analytics reports; monitor on-site behavior to identify new trends or opportunities and share insights with key stakeholders.
Monitor and improve SEO performance and act on Google Search Console recommendations to ensure continuous growth in organic traffic.
Support the development and execution of the eCommerce roadmap, including providing analysis and insights, liaising with technical teams, and conducting UAT.
Contribute to our test and learn culture by supporting the eCommerce website testing roadmap to enable informed decision-making and drive conversion.
Assist with a range of ad-hoc website projects and initiatives as required.
This is a permanent full-time position, based in our Fortitude Valley office with access to hybrid working opportunities.
There is some out-of-hour work required a couple of times a month, but you are provided with time in lieu within the same week.

This role also requires:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing or a related discipline Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2C eCommerce Proficiency with enterprise-level CMS platforms (e.g.
Sitecore) Background in website development and mobile-responsive design (knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills Desirable:
Skilled in Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager Knowledge of website testing tools (e.g.
Sitecore Personalize) Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly Embracing collaboration and innovation, we work as one to lead the change veterans need.
