Spray Painter/Panel Beater We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to join our dedicated team in the Gladstone Region.
Competitive Pay: Starting hourly rate between $36 and $43 per hour. Higher Earning Potential: Open to discussing higher subcontract rates for exceptional skills, potentially exceeding $120k based on performance and expertise. About the Business East Coast 4x4 is a small, family-owned business established with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
The Opportunity In this role, you will perform panel beating and spray painting on Toyota and Nissan 4x4 vehicles, as well as all other vehicle types. You will also carry out general repairs and resprays, collaborate with team members, and work independently while adhering to our standards of excellence.
About You We are looking for a tradesperson with:
Minimum of 2 years of trade experience. A positive and genuine attitude, along with a strong work ethic. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. The capability to work unsupervised and follow instructions as needed. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Salary Range Starting at $36 to $43 per hour, commensurate with experience and quality of work. We offer competitive pay rates well above the award for the right candidate.
