The Team: One Tree Defence Unit Little Geckos, Tindal NT
Located at the RAAF Base Tindal, just 15 km outside of Katherine and caters to Defence personnel and their families.
Katherine is the fourth largest settlement in the Northern Territory and is known as the place where "The outback meets the tropics".
Situated on the Katherine River 320km southwest of Darwin.
The team have created three separate learning environments for different age groups.
Children feel like they belong here, and so will you.
They have capacity for 73 children and operate between 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
On the weekends the adventure and experiences of the surrounding region will have you longing for the great outdoors.

This role offers a 37.5-hour week, where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, ensuring a solid foundation in the principles and practices of early learning.
