Duty Manager - Tas

This role is for an Adventurous Duty Manager.
Responsible for the daily operations of the venue and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.
This includes effectively allocating work to and supervising employees in all frontline areas, as well as maintaining and complying with all safety, stock and equipment procedures.
Gaming experience and high service standards are key requirements for this role.

Do you measure up?

Are you an experienced Duty Manager with at least 2+ years experience, plus; Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills Have a valid RSA, RSG or the below for the State/Country requirements ARCG (NSW), RPB(SA), RMLV (QLD), Approved Manager ID (WA), LCQ(NZ) and Managers Certificate (NZ) A demonstrated passion for service and all things food and beverage Sound knowledge of Hotel industry and hospitality trends more generally The ability to actively mentor and develop potential leaders within the team and foster an environment of growth and professionalism The ability to create, implement and monitor operational systems and procedures Strong communication skills and professionalism Current RSA, RSG + TAB Qualifications A can-do attitude About the role;
