Raglan Drilling pursues excellence and welcomes resilient people to our team. We often have positions available for the following:

Experienced exploration drillers and offsiders with a reputation for conducting work safely, efficiently and to client expectations.
New recruits wanting to gain experience in the mining industry. You will be supported in the role with on-the-job training and opportunities to access nationally recognised training in drilling and offsiding.
If you have a positive attitude, experience in heavy labouring, farming or a mechanical trade/background and enjoy working in remote locations, we'd like to hear from you.

To work with us as an offsider ideally you will have:

Certificate II in Drilling Operations or the ability to work towards this qualification
Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence or the ability to obtain this licence
Senior First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain this qualification
Be physically fit and willing to work in harsh environments (cold, hot and remote)
A police clearance
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol check and medical assessment

To work with us as a driller ideally you will have:

Certificate III in Drilling Operations or higher
Senior First Aid Certificate or higher
Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence or higher
A police clearance
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol check and medical assessment
