A can-do attitude
Strong communication skills

Café/Hospitality experience is desirable
Barista experience is desirable
Decorators must be available to work early mornings - 6am starts
Availability to work on weekdays and weekends
Excellent customer service and presentation
Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Managing and handling coffee preparation
Excellent customer service and presentation
Store opening and closing duties
Serving and engaging with guests
Assisting with stock control
Assisting in training
Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
General clean-up duties
