Exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join Swinburne University of Technology 5 year fixed-term position at our Hawthorn Campus Attractive salary + 17% super and flexible/ hybrid options available About the Role Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a highly experienced Director, International Recruitment and Admissions to lead our efforts in developing and executing a comprehensive international student recruitment strategy for our Melbourne campuses.
The Director, International Recruitment and Admissions will operationalise the strategy to achieve agreed new student load and revenue targets and will oversee the University's agent and partner performance activities.
You will play a key role in ensuring the University's growth and diversification objectives are met by implementing effective policies, procedures, and practices as per legislative and regulatory compliance requirements.
Improving admissions productivity through enhanced system functionality and improved processes will be a core function of the role.
This role offers the chance to lead international recruitment and admissions activities at our Melbourne campuses and influence practices at other delivery locations.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Proven strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills with the ability to structure and convert strategies into compelling and achievable work programs.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies related to growing international student demand.
Significant experience working in international student recruitment and admissions.
Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of a team, including workflow planning, supervision and managing for optimal performance.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial, human, physical and technology resources to achieve strategic and operational goals.
Qualifications A relevant postgraduate qualification in business marketing or sales management and extensive relevant experience in providing advice to senior management, and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
