Director, Customer Relationships (C&I Energy Markets) Location: Sydney, NSW We are currently partnered with one of Australia's leading renewable energy companies who are on a mission to drive the energy transition to a clean energy future! They develop, operate and own renewable energy assets across Australia with strong expertise and reputation. They are currently searching for an experienced professional who will be focused on creating a leading customer experience for the commercial and industrial sector of renewable energy. The Director – Customer Relationships will be responsible for developing and executing customer centric strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a customer relationship strategy; oversee growth, customer experience and customer relationship management. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. Lead generation, origination, and customer development. Assist in the development of innovative energy products. Support all aspects of PPA compliance management as well as lead PPA variation negotiations. Assist with implementation of alternate paths to market, and sale structures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations. Implement customer-centric initiatives and processes to drive customer satisfaction. Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in customer relationship management across the C&I Energy industry. Experience with contract management, PPA's and structured products in desirable. Customer relationship development and origination experience. Familiarity utilising data, understanding customer relationship management systems and customer analytics tools. Knowledge of renewable energy trends, technologies, and regulatory environment. Solutions focused with the ability to be hands on and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
