Responsibilities Manage multiple level accounts for exciting and recognisable brands. Ensuring the on time, on budget delivery of ecommerce website development projects, tasks and bugs. Deliver a program of work identified by the client along with our Solutions and UX Strategy team. Resource assigned team members as per the clients agreement to dedicated work. Attend client standups (sometimes daily) to ensure accountability of delivery and management of priorities. Align with clients ways of working, systems and process, thus requiring a knowledge of Agile project methodology. Requirements 1-2+ years experience as a Digital Producer within an agency setting. Experience in working with a wide range of clients and projects. A high quality understanding and hands-on experience with Shopify and Google Analytics. Must be exceedingly organised and holds the ability to schedule effectively both your time and your team. Strong presentation skills - clear and concise. Ability to listen and deliver on client requirements, but to also offer solutions. Must have very strong interpersonal skills and confident in dealing with multiple individuals.
