It has been so well received, so much so that we need a passionate digital marketer to drive it into greatness in 2025!
The Digital Marketing Strategist is an efficient, process driven and passionate individual.
You'll have a broad digital marketing skillset with experience across media buying on Meta, Pinterest & TikTok as well as familiarity with Klaviyo campaigns, automation and SMS.
Most importantly you'll be driven by this rare opportunity to take charge of our Ecommerce Academy and see it grow even bigger and better in 2025!
Working closely with the Chain Social Director, this role is responsible for further developing, overseeing, consulting, implementing and measuring the success of the Chain Ecommerce Academy.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience:
Manage end-to-end customer service at an exceptional level, always going above and beyond-- where members can't believe how quick, responsive and supportive the program is!Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for each client.Program Operations:
Regularly update the academy library with new modules (coordinate and upload)Communicate with members before the end of their subscription; offer to stay on with a bonus, etc.Build out LOOMs and SOPs for the Chain AcademyCoordinate testimonials (videos and written) from members.Optimise our website with new content, pages, and testimonials - always striving to improve our landing pages and better conversion opportunities in conjunction with the Growth Director.Manage weekly email campaigns to member database sharing upcoming training and relevant industry information/links for the weekMember Support:
Be available for 1-on-1 Meta/Pinterest/TikTok/Google Ads support calls.Stay up to date with new features and trends. Share key platform learnings with team members to drive continuous improvement and development across the agency.Actively participate in WIPs and team meetings.Be an ambassador of Chain Social Agency by living and breathing our company values.Assist with the onboarding of new team members.Additional Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Digital Marketing experience, working as either Senior Account Manager or Account Manager.A deep understanding of the Digital landscape.Excellent verbal and written communication.Ability to prioritise and complete tasks promptly, driven.Exposure to project management in any capacity is preferred but not essential.Organised, high attention to detail and solution-focused.Has a history of implementing or improving existing processes to make things more efficient and productive.Seniority levelMid-Senior level
