This role is pivotal in shaping the future of their digital landscape and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.Description3+ years' of experience as an Agile Business Analyst within the Digital environment building mobile app solutions, ideally in the travel industryFlexible and able to adapt to new ways of workingWork according to agile methodologies, and you will be driving requirements for appStrong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centred design, process mapping, flow charting, acceptance testing and othersProven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories, with logical and clear acceptance criteria, that are easily understood by developers, testers and stakeholdersRobust stakeholder engagement and management skills (day-to-day interpersonal, structured workshops, etc.)Comfortable facilitating workshops, presenting at showcases, leading customer journey walkthroughs and quality reviews with stakeholders of varying seniorityAble to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer and how our consultants can best serve them
