This strategic position determines synergies and constraints to achieving the design portfolio and seeks to resolve them with an enterprise first mindset by influencing internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will also:Lead Design Solutions interactions with key stakeholders across Powerlink to ensure that the design portfolio aligns with organisational priorities.Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders across the organisation to resolve scheduling conflicts within Design Solutions.Develop and implement, in collaboration with the Design Solutions leadership team, a design delivery strategy for the execution of all planned design work which ensures the most effective and efficient use of both internal and external resources.Communicate the priorities and overall program for the design portfolio of works within Delivery and Technical Solutions to ensure that implementation is aligned with the overall strategy.Contribute to the leadership of Design Solutions through collaboration and engagement with Team Leaders, Design Managers and other internal and external community you will joinBased at our Virginia office, you'll join a supportive environment where your ideas are valued, and your contributions are recognised.
