What is the role?
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the Channel & Partner team as the Victorian State Designfirm Consultant based in our Melbourne office.
As a Design firm consultant BDM, your primary mission is to build, manage and execute effective commercial action plans to saturate Schneider Electric's portfolio via specification and influence towards targeted strategic Design Firms.
You will demonstrate a high consultative capability to utilize Application-based 'Documented Solutions' in early Concept & Project Designs that support Consultant growth ambitions.
Provide solutions that align with business objectives that help to stay competitive and innovative in today's fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities: Generate demand & maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, technology changes, competitor activity & provide feedback to the business.
Have a passion to learn & drive technology discussions with consultants that link to Schneider Electric's core values.
Demonstrate high consultative capability to utilize Application-based 'Documented Solutions' in Project Designs.
Manage key strategic local & global accounts in a proactive manner and take responsibility for Application Engineering/Design in a single-country environment.
Build and execute effective commercial action plans to saturate Schneider Electric's portfolio through specification and influence targeted strategic Design firms with a win-win mindset.
Ideal Candidate: You are someone who gets excited by innovation, is highly driven and confident in new and innovative segments and strives to seek them out.
Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications in an electrical application field.
Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated work experience within the consultant or EPC community leveraging your commercial relationships to build success.
Experience in building relationships & collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive winning strategies to success.
Technology enthusiast, with a learning mindset.
