Job Description Design & Build have partnered with a fast growing, leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. Due to a restructure following a number of exciting acquisitions, they require an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead a range of projects and play an integral role in delivering exceptional solutions to esteemed clients.
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet customer expectations Utilize your strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and resources to optimize project delivery Demonstrate excellent people management skills to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment Implement effective strategies to ensure seamless coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Utilize your negotiation skills to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during projects Continuously monitor and evaluate project performances, taking corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Requirements: Previous experience as a HVAC Project Manager or similar role is essential Strong understanding of HVAC systems, engineering, and project management principles Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within the HVAC industry Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines Excellent people management and leadership abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire project teams Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the construction industry What's in it for you $130k base salary plus car allowance and super Join an inclusive team at a key growth phase under the guidance of experienced leadership Experience managing a wide variety of projects Have the freedom to manage projects your way with no micro management If you are an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking for your next opportunity, then we want to hear from you!
