Role Overview :We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) integrations, performing data profiling on existing systems, and driving insights that enhance our organisational performance. Key Responsibilities :Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CIAM integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.Perform data profiling and analysis on existing systems, with a focus on CIAM-related datasets.Identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to enhance data reliability and usability.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support business decision-making.Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Ensure compliance with data governance standards and organisational policies.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and CIAM.Qualifications and Skills :Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a global or large-scale organisation.Strong understanding of CIAM systems and integrations.Proficiency in data profiling techniques and tools.Expertise in data analysis and visualisation tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a keen eye for detail.If you are interested please "apply" below, alternatively you can email your CV to
