At the heart of our wholesale, retail and e-commerce businesses is a Product Information Management (PIM) system that holds the product data we use to sell our products.
As a Data Administrator you will play a major role in ensuring our PIM system contains the data our company needs to be competitive in today's fast-paced business environment.

Wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.
Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with our vendors to obtain the necessary data to meet those needs. Transform large quantities of vendor data into the required format and load it into our PIM system. This requires the extensive use of spreadsheets and other data manipulation tools. Ensure the accuracy and currency of the data in our PIM system. Maintain data confidentiality and security in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity. Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient data entry processes. Contribute to the evolution of the standards and process that we use to maintain our product data. Job Requirements: Intermediate to Advanced level in spreadsheet programs. A high degree of organizational ability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable: Knowledge of plumbing and heating industry. Maintain a high level of accuracy in their work. Be self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative. Possess the initiative to work independently and have the confidence to take ownership of decisions made.
