The Functional Specialist for D365 Finance & Operations by utilising deep existing business knowledge and application knowledge to apply the relevant context lens to solution analysis and therefore supporting the drive for adoption of the standard solution offering.
We are based in Western Australia however open to people remotely working in Australia. This is a full time permanent role.
What will you be doing? Collaborating with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document business processes Gathering and translating functional requirements into system specifications Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules Defining functional specifications, workflows, and user interfaces Conducting system testing to validate functionality and performance Staying updated on Dynamics 365 features Identifying and implementing opportunities for system optimisation and automation Proactively engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships What are we looking for? Demonstrated experience driving requirements gathering for business applications with a financial understanding Significant experience performing a Business Analyst role in an ERP environment, ideally with intimate knowledge of RAC operations Extensive experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Strong understanding of financial and operational processes, including general ledger, budgeting, procurement, inventory management, and reporting Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Experience in conducting system testing, including test plan development and defect resolution. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance related to financial and operational systems Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within the Dynamics 365 environment What can we offer you?
