As a Security Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and implementing CyberArk solutions for our customers. You will establish best practices and new approaches to adapt to the ever-changing security landscape. Security Architects must coordinate closely with implementation services, sales teams, and product management to ensure the solutions they architect meet customer needs and are executed according to the plan. You will also own, manage, and lead key security initiatives, ensuring our products and systems are robust and resilient against threats.
Responsibilities Design and architect solutions and planning documentation to meet the needs of CyberArk's customers. Lead complex enterprise deployments of CyberArk's solutions through their full lifecycle. Provide guidance on practices and trends in Identity Security and privileged account security. Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities and advise on options, benefits, and impact on the current business process. Demonstrate a strong understanding of large-scale information technology systems, security regulatory risk management, and security vulnerabilities. Establish new standard approaches and practices for deploying CyberArk's solutions and securing identities and privileged accounts. Act as a technical expert, serving as a knowledgeable resource to internal and external clients. Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships. Serve as the conduit for communications to and from the customer and CyberArk's implementation services, sales, product management, and marketing teams. Initiate and participate in design reviews, and other critical assessments to ensure security standards are met. Prepare and deliver training sessions and security awareness activities to development teams and fellow security architects. Contribute to the development and maintenance of secure-development guidelines and standards. Manage security tools, provide training, and assist developers in utilizing these tools and interpreting reports. Lead product incident response efforts and ensure timely and effective resolution. Continuously acquire relevant knowledge, stay updated with the latest security trends, and actively participate in security conferences and the broader security community. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certifications. Experience with enterprise solutions architecture, information security, and risk management. Proficient in Active Directory, IAM, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, GCP, and security standards. Strong understanding of security architecture and design principles. Experience with severity assessment and risk management. Familiarity with security standards and practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST, SANS). Understanding of hardening procedures and network security. Demonstrated leadership, motivational, and mentorship abilities. Ability to think like a hacker and anticipate potential security threats. Excellent communication, presentation, and crowd-facing skills. Security management certifications (e.g., CISSP, CSSLP, CISM) are advantageous.
