Job Description:

Brambles Limited is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer support or service role.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
