Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team at Oneok in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, email, and in person- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer support roles- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent
