We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Generalist to join our Customer Satisfaction & Quality team.
Based in Macquarie Park Sydney, this role will report to the Manager Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities: Support Customers and the Sales team with order enquiries, pre-sales & post-sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information.Ensuring continuous improvement and maximizing customer's satisfaction.Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities.Primary level of support for customers with the aim of driving first contact resolution.Ensuring effective and efficient resolution for the customer.Take ownership of customer issues liaising with different departments for resolution not compromising on quality over speed.About you: You are a highly driven and confident professional who wants to work for a value-based organisation whose solutions are leading edge.
You are focused, collaborative and passionate about the work that you do!
In addition, you possess the following relevant skills:
Level 2 Administration certificate and/or proven experience in a Customer Service Centre.Experience working in a customer service role in an organisation with varied and complex processes.Experience in tailored customer support including outbound calls.Great competence in customer support systems (CRM, SAP etc.)
