Job Description:
Citizens Financial Group is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is part-time and is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and efficient manner- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary- Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and other support-related tasks- Utilize negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations and find solutions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience- Use critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions- Maintain customer records and update information in the database as needed
Requirements:- Energetic and driven personality- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems- Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills- High school diploma or equivalent
