About the Opportunity: We are looking for a confident individual to join our team in  North Hobart  as the  Customer Service Team Leader .
This role offers flexibility and can be  full-time or part-time , providing support to our patients, medical imaging professionals, and referrers.
Applications are open until COB on Friday 31st January 2025 and interviews will be conducted in the weeks commencing.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and Supervise : Oversee daily operations and supervision of our clerical team, including rostering.
Drive Team Performance : Foster team recognition, cohesion, and engagement to build and retain a high-performing team.
Collaborate Effectively : Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient customer service systems and processes.
Handle Escalations : Serve as the escalation point for customer service enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
General Management : Participate in performance management, address disciplinary concerns, identify training and development needs, and assist with recruitment activities.
About You The ideal Customer Service Team Leader will bring: A strong customer focus, driven to provide empathetic, patient-centric service.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues.
Organisational skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Technical proficiency, comfortable using computer systems and eager to learn new software (experience with Radiology Information Systems is a plus).
Previous experience in a management or leadership role is highly regarded, preferably in the medical field.
