The Opportunity Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is a pivotal part of our skip bin hire operations.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing operational support to the team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Answer phone calls and assist with general customer queries.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks.
Support operational processes, including compliance monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You: Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to and learn new systems.
Experience with JDE & Coupa is a plus!
Ideally available for an immediate start.
Familiarity with the Mornington Peninsula area is advantageous.
Flexibility to work some weekends (Saturday mornings).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
