The Opportunity Mentor, coach and manage a customer focused and engaged customer service and administration team ensuring market leading delivery of service and achievement of company KPIs Ensure consistent execution of administration processes including procurement, asset management, sales orders, customer invoicing, credits and all associated month-end processing and reconciliation.
