Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer

Job Description SIXT Australia?is on the lookout for a  Casual Customer Experience Agent  dual role to join the team in Hobart. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales and complete vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia following a set of guidelines and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:   Opening and closing rental agreements  Selling additional over the counter rental products  Managing reservations  Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer  Inspecting and recording vehicle damage  Delivering vehicles between sites  Maintaining a clean and safe working area  What You'll Bring   Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience  Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence?  Full working rights in Australia  All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.  What's In It For You?   At SIXT Australia, we offer more than just discounts – though you get those too!
