Our team thrives on creativity and is committed to a culture that values inclusivity and is a place where your work directly impacts the lives of youth in our community   The Role: Creative Cultural Facilitator   As the Creative Cultural Facilitator, you will be a champion of all things music and creative industries and will develop innovative and evolving programming that foster youth engagement, interest, and development. You'll be a key player in inspiring and mentoring young people and will manage skills-based training and project-based initiatives for young people in Playford and the Northern Adelaide region.   What you'll be doing  You'll develop and deliver music and creative industries programs and opportunities for young people. You'll contribute to the development of artists and connect young people to industry and vocational pathways. You'll develop partnerships with local schools, community, and other creative industry organisations to support opportunities for young people. You'll champion best practice youth centred program design and service delivery. You'll implement strategies to boost community and youth engagement. Have an opportunity to bring your ideas to life and turn feedback into fuel for constant improvement. Who you are You have a love for creative industries and will hold tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience. You have previous experience in a similar role to help you with getting some quick wins on the board. You're on the pro level of juggling responsibilities and you're ready to lead the way. You're a superstar of community-based project management with a passion for supporting positive outcomes for young people. You have a fun and creative nature, couple with a range of interpersonal skills to support the people around you in creating a thriving and successful environment.
