Responsibilities: Lead and manage a small team of corporate travel specialists.Develop and implement strategies to optimize corporate travel processes and procedures.Build and maintain relationships with large market accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of travel plans.Analyze data and metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.Act as a key point of contact for escalated issues and resolutions.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in corporate travel management, with a focus on large market accounts.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, tools, and technologies.Proficiency in travel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.On Target Earnings of 110k + SuperWork from home flexibilityLeadership program and Career Progression Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
