THE ROLE: As a member of the team, you will work alongside Corporate Partners, collaborating with a team while serving clients on a range of matters. Including: Regulated and off-market mergers and acquisitions, Equity capital markets, Back door listings, Corporate advisory, ASX and Corporations Act compliance. Joint ventures, Private equity, Debt funding, Capital raising, Foreign investment, Funds management, as well as corporate structuring. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' PAE, preferably within a National or International firm. The successful candidate should possess a solid understanding of corporate law and M&A, including disciplines related to capital raising and financial management.
