Core Talent is exclusively recruiting for a trusted client who delivers industrial build projects across Queensland, looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who delivers industrial projects from $3M to $20M.
My client is open to candidates from Leading Hands, Foreman, or highly experienced Site Managers. Their pipeline is incredibly strong for a number of years. The work environment is competitive for the best in QLD construction.
Role: Ability to develop and read plans Short-term and long-term project programming Ensuring the project meets allocated milestones to ensure completion Supervision of all sub-contractors Reviewing of sub-contractor SWMS Communicate effectively with client and internal team What you will require: Proven experience with a similar builder who delivers industrial projects up to $10M Minimum 3 years in a Site Manager or Supervision position with reputable mid-tier builders Trade background would be preferred QBCC Licence would be preferred In return, you will receive $130k-$150k + super based on experience for the duration of the contract/project, work-life balance, and a strong and supportive company/project team.
