Within our Creative studio, under the guide of the Senior Copywriter, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your copywriting skills to a variety of projects spanning different brands and areas of the business. This could involve writing press ads one day, crafting eDMs the next, developing social media captions, creating digital ad banners, and exploring how tone of voice can enhance our brand identity. We seek someone with a passionate interest in copy and communication, a curious mindset, and a deep understanding of brand principles to excel in this role. Key AccountabilitiesYou'll be responsible for nurturing and owning our tone of voice across a variety of brands, projects, and customer touchpoints.Collaborate closely with the Creative Studio to apply and bring to life brand guidelines.Create clear, compelling copy across customer touchpoints in both print and digital. And apply data and audience insights.Distil and extend masterbrand work from agencies to create marketing collateral.Collaborate with teams across the business including website, CX, product, social, and lifecycle to develop messaging and provide copy.Collaborate closely with our marketing segment managers to execute go-to-market strategies for new product features.Work closely with our Performance team to create and optimise assets across major social media platforms.Write scripts for video content that is on brand and easy-to-understand for external video editors.Regularly liaise with our content writers to promote greater alignment between all written copy.Develop ideas for creative strategy and ideation.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceMinimum of 4 years experience in Copywriting.Proven experience in Copywriting and/or content writing in both digital and print formats.A strong portfolio that demonstrates a passion for creating clear and compelling copy.Able to prioritise across multiple projects, audiences, brands and stakeholders.Able to balance strategic thinking, problem solving and practical approaches to clear communication for internal and external customers.An understanding of working with Jira is advantageous but not required.Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail on every project.Ability to create original ideas and concepts, then communicate these ideas to key stakeholders across the business.Knowledge of (or preferably experience with) industry standards, particularly in the areas of accessibility.An eagerness to integrate and adopt best practices.Ability to work well independently as well as alongside team members.A positive, can-do attitude.We encourage anyone with lived experience in our sector to apply.Our Values We're Switched On We know our customers because we listen and want to learn.
