About the OpportunityThe City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is looking for a full-time Coordinator Water Services based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, WA.
Reporting to the Manager of Water, Waste, and Sustainability, this role is responsible for leading and managing the daily and future operations of the Water Services business unit, including sewer, wastewater, and recycled water infrastructure.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overseeing the maintenance, renewal, and upgrade of sewer, wastewater, and recycled water assetsLeading and mentoring the Water Services team to ensure high-performance standardsManaging compliance with regulatory licensing and reporting requirementsDeveloping and maintaining asset management systems and plans for the Water Services business unitManaging procurement processes and overseeing contractor performanceIdentifying and implementing innovative solutions for water quality management and reportingAbout YouWe are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in water services and infrastructure management.
