Murray and Riverina Local Land Services are each looking for new Customer Service Coordinators to join the team as part of a shared services model for Riverina & Murray Regions.
Position 1:
Full-time permanent position
Located in Deniliquin
Servicing the Murray LLS region.
Position 2:
Full-time temporary position until 31 January 2023 (with the possibility of extension)
Located in either Wagga Wagga, Gundagai, Young, Narrandera, Griffith or Hay
Servicing the Riverina LLS region.
For both positions, you will be responsible for leading & coordinating a team of office-based Customer Service staff across a number of regional locations as well as:
Providing advice and analysis on customer service projects and service delivery
Monitoring, analysing, evaluating, and reporting on customer service activities
Administering the Complaints Management system
Assisting customer service staff during peak periods
Assisting the Team Leader as required
Implementing business processes and plans and driving continuous improvement processes to ensure a focus is maintained on quality whilst maximising service delivery
To be successful in these positions you’ll need to have experience working in a high volume customer-focused environment, as well as proven experience leading a team.
You’ll be extremely passionate about your work and have the capability to promote positive, professional customer service in a high volume and politically changing work environment.
You will also have the ability to provide advice and contribute to the development and implementation of processes, plans, and procedures.
As an essential requirement of the role, you’ll also need to have a current NSW Driver Licence, and the capacity and willingness to travel throughout the region as required.
