Our client is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist, who is looking to contribute to our client's growth and success in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing high-level contracts and work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and build strong relationships with our partners and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and negotiate contracts for high value contracts within mobile assets, fixed plants, reagents, civil works, and tailing dams, explosives etc. Collaborate with internal teams to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance on contractual matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support the organisation's objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all contractual agreements. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements, proposing effective solutions as needed. Qualifications, Skills and Attributes: Degree qualified in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engingeering and/or Supply Chain or extensive industry experience. Proven experience as a Contracts Specialist, with expertise in mobile assets, fixed plants and/or explosives within a mining industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a flat organisational structure, working autonomously while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
