The Role Working from our Campbell Street Campus, the Content and Audience Specialist will collaborate with a team of experts to develop and execute communication strategies to successfully implement a new Student Management System.
Your role will contribute to TasTAFE delivering our purpose of leading the development of Tasmania's skilled workforce, and enriching learning experiences for the Tasmanian community.
This is a 3-year Fixed-Term, Full-Time role. On any given day, your duties will include: Develop and manage internal communication plans aligning with the Student Management System project team's goals and timelines.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure content is aligned with organisational objectives and audience needs.Implement engaging ways to keep staff informed and prepared for the new system during this exciting period of change.Craft clear and concise content to communicate feedback, project milestones and updates.Aid in preparing staff for upcoming changes, supporting training, and the adoption of new digital tools.What will you bring Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, marketing or related field.Experience in digital transformation, technology, and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.High level problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to make informed decisions and offer relevant recommendations.Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.A current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
