Consulting Arborist

Paperbark Technologies is looking for a Senior Arboricultural Consultant to join our team. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic self-motivated team member who wants to specialise in urban forestry, providing advice in relation to managing trees for health & safety for Local Government, Developer projects and Residential clients. The position requires a high level of tree species identification, tree anatomy, excellent report writing skills and experience with GIS Tree inventory programs. The successful candidate is to have:A minimum qualification of Diploma in Arboriculture/Horticulture. (Will consider Certificate III in Arboriculture who is obtaining their Certificate V (Diploma). QTRA (Quantified Tree Risk Assessment) an advantage but not essential.We require you to be:A self-starter and have a proactive approach.Able to work on your own for long periods.Have excellent attention to detail.Outstanding verbal communication and written skills and proficient in Word and Excel. Experience in Report writing.Be able to commence within 2 - 4 weeks.We offer an excellent salary depending on experience and qualifications. The use of a company vehicle is also available to the right candidate.
