Right now, we're seeking a Consultant Learning & Capability who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things.
About the role
This position will collaborate with the Learning & Capability team members to uplift the TAC's capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning programs and interventions, to enhance the learning experience and culture across the business.
The consultant will support the Senior Consultant to deliver strategically aligned learning and capability investments that enable individual, team and organisational development. The consultant, with support and coaching from the Senior Consultant, will lead the design, development and implementation of learning programs that improve employee and organisational capability.
About the Team
Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Learning & Capability this role sits within the Learning and Capability Branch in the People, Culture and Engagement division. You will be joining a collaborative, supportive and outcomes-focused team, who are committed and passionate about the work they do and the change they lead for the TAC and employees.
What we're looking for:
A creative thinker with a love for creating impactful learning experiences Strong understanding of learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation in a professional environment Demonstrated experience applying human-centred design principles Demonstrated experience in applying project management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools An understanding of learning and development best practice methodologies, models and frameworks The ability to engage and facilitate to diverse audiences and make complex topics accessible Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
