Due to exponential growth and diversification of our business, we are building a new Design Division and looking for capable and driven Senior Architect to join!
Expectations of the role:
Whilst reporting into the Design Manager, lead a team of technicians on projects ranging from $70M - $150M+ in value Produce draft concept plans & working drawings for multi-rise residential projects Coordinate with our Projects team, architects, consultants & external contractors Assist in the management of the design team on your project, taking lead in upskilling and coordinating the team Knowledge of construction detailing Preparation of CC documentation Ensure quality checks are completed at each stage Play a role in the maintenance and storage of all Construction documentation Client liaising and relationship management Interpreting needs and completing detailed design concepts Compiling a review report on structural drawings Minimum Requirements:
Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or relevant discipline Revit experience is necessary Building & Construction industry experience necessary DA preparation to CC completion experience (desired but not essential) Organisational skills with a strong ability to multi task Experience working on large scale residential construction projects Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards & NCC Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
