We are a learning organization, focused on growing and developing strong career paths for our 1,800+ employees across NSW and QLD.   About the role We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a Concierge to join our Macarthur JLR team in Campbelltown and embark on a cross-dealership journey, growing in knowledge across our various departments. You will play a pivotal role in our first class customer service experience as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements of the business. Meet and greet customers who are present at the dealership in a professional manner. Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs and parts purchasing. Collect and return customers vehicles for servicing in a friendly, safe, and timely manner. Direct and manage visitors parking. Collaborate with Service Advisors to support vehicle pick up schedules. Drop off and pick up customers as required. About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is: Excellent customer service skills. Able to maintain a professional presentation. Effective time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within outdoors when required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A valid Australian drivers' licence. Sound knowledge of WH&S.
