Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?As a Compliance Officer at Linfox, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the connection between Sub-Contractor Compliance and Operations within one of our key retail accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, monitoring, and enforcing activities to ensure compliance with Audit requirements, WHS Obligations, Chain of Responsibility, and Linfox policy and procedures. Key areas:Ongoing monitoring of data and analytics to ensure conformance, raise non-conformance reports within company systems and address identified breachesMonitor and assist contractors with audit non-conformance closeouts.Drive, monitor, and complete Weekly KPI'sActively promote behaviors supporting the Linfox vision of an injury-free workplace.Coach and influence leadership to set and enforce safety standards and targets.Are you the one?Auditor in Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 or similarProven experience in a similar compliance role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.Knowledge of Audit requirements, WHS Obligations, Chain of Responsibility, and relevant policies and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.At Linfox, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
