About the Position Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, we are pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Manager of Resilience and Quality within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies pertaining to quality, safety, and risk to ensure organisational readiness. This role encompasses the establishment of frameworks for business continuity, quality assurance, risk and compliance management, crisis management, and incident management. The ultimate objective is to ensure the organisation's agility, adaptability, and sustainability.
Salary is at an executive level and may be negotiated with the successful candidate based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Ensure effective application of legislative and regulatory frameworks across the organisation for Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home and Community Care (HACC), Home Care Packages (HCP) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service streams Efficiently manage CTST's risk management framework and strategy, assisting teams in translating strategic direction into operational goals Provide insights and advice to the CEO and Executive team on emerging trends and issues, presenting recommendations aimed at mitigating business risks Lead the development and implementation of Business Continuity Management capability to ensure the organisation is well-prepared to respond to unforeseen disruption Develop high-quality business strategies and operational plans to ensure that major projects are planned and executed in accordance with established project plans, budgets, timelines, policy objectives, and governance standards Manage a diverse array of internal stakeholders, each with varying priorities and expectations, to achieve a consistent and cohesive approach to quality, risk, and safety management Drive the development of systems, standards, and guidelines for hazard and risk management, specifically targeting complex, high-risk issues to minimise the organisation's risk exposure About You Demonstrated experience in effective risk management, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A minimum of five years in an executive-level position, highlighting exceptional strategic leadership and business insight, with a commitment to values-driven decision-making Proven ability to lead, inspire, develop, and evaluate performance within diverse teams by providing information and training to cross-functional groups Proficient in collaborating with fellow executive leadership team members to enhance organisational cohesion and promote a culture of continuous improvement that aligns with company values Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, paired with strong negotiation expertise In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations pertaining to the aged care and disability sectors Established proficiency in managing internal change across various functional areas All CTST employees must:
