Provide one-on-one support and regular progress checks for learners.
Maintain accurate training records and assessment results.
Evaluate training effectiveness and contribute to course development for continuous improvement.

The Profile Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Community Services, Social Work, or a related field.
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
Relevant industry experience in community services.
